Add a little weight to your pose or stretch with this Yoga Sand Bag. Made from heavy-duty polyester, this leak proof bag will help you deepen your poses and lengthen your reach. Add the bag to your thighs in Heros Pose or on your back in Childs Pose to deepen your stretch. The zipper bag can hold up to 10 pounds of sand, features an inner lining zipper for easy fill and is machine washable. A sturdy top carry handle makes it easy to carry or position in poses. Sand not included.
